Luke Daynes
Luke is the Founder and Director of Spencer Harrington. After an initial spell in media sales he now has over 8 years experience in the recruitment industry, previously running the graduate recruitment team at JPA. Luke covers all recruitment markets, with a particular focus on Finance, Banking and Legal; placing experienced professionals at the mid-to senior level into Executive Search, Search & Selection and Contingency firms. He is a Bath University graduate and speaks fluent French.
Fun Fact: Luke once successfully talked his way on to Puff Daddy’s Yacht Party. He also played Chess for Wiltshire but keeps that quieter.

Richard Vranch - Manager
Richard joined Spencer Harrington in 2006 having read Law at Southampton University. Richard places experienced recruitment consultants and researchers predominantly within the London market across financial services, technology, professional services and technical.
Fun Fact: Richard’s live television debut was representing England in a grape bobbing contest against Australia, which he won – obviously!

Diane Scott - Principal Consultant
Diane has worked in recruitment for 8 years. She began her career in IT recruitment before moving into an Internal Recruitment role for a well known IT recruitment group. Four years ago Diane made the move into the recruitment-to-recruitment market. Diane covers all markets from IT and Finance through to Fashion specialising in the graduate and mid-level. She is a Manchester graduate.
Fun Fact: Diane used to ride the motorcycle out for the Bradford Bulls.

Tom Pavel - Consultant
Tom joined the Graduate Team at Spencer Harrington in 2010 after spending a year working for a well-known UK recruitment firm. Tom decided to enter the industry after reading History and Politics at the University of Nottingham, graduating in 2008. Before embarking on his recruitment career Tom spent a year travelling the world on a shoestring. Tom specialises in finding graduates their first and second roles in sales and recruitment across the UK.
Fun Fact: Tom can juggle whilst riding a unicycle. This is not a life skill Tom has found particularly useful!

Aaron Down - Consultant
Aaron joined the Graduate Team at Spencer Harrington in 2011 having worked for three years at a leading UK recruitment company. Aaron studied Sports and Exercise Science at Birmingham University and migrated south to London last year having spent the past 25 years living in the UK’s second city! Aaron specialises in placing Graduates into recruitment roles.
Fun Fact: Aaron could be the love child of Ross from friends and Neil from the inbetweeners - a winning combination

Kay Little - Consultant
Kay is one of the newest editions to the Spencer Harrington team. Having worked for the last five years within the media space she has now come full circle to where her first career began, as a resourcer at Hayes Recruitment. Kay specialises in placing graduates into entry level recruitment and headhunting roles.
Fun Fact: Kay wrote and recorded an album and loves nothing more than a karaoke night in a bid to showcase her “talent”

Georgina Burman - Candidate Acquisition Manager
Georgina joined Spencer Harrington in 2009. After working as a consultant for a year, she is now responsible for client relationship management, candidate acquisition and office management. She graduated in History from the University of Birmingham in 2007; she then worked for a commercial recruiter before spending a year travelling the world.
Fun Fact: Georgina has appeared on the front page of El Salvador’s national newspaper
