Salary £30-45k plus annual bonus and benefits
An unrivalled opportunity is available to work with the world’s leading executive search firm. The chosen candidate will work directly with the partner that heads up the European Private Equity arm of this market leading firm.
The company works with the world’s most successful private equity firms from, which is achieved via their leadership experts operating from principal business centres in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
The role is of a global remit which will involve cross border searches and cooperating with over 70 offices worldwide. The successful candidate will be working with the most high profile headhunters from around the world. The role will include market mapping, writing pitches, interacting both internally and externally and helping add to an already flourishing PE practice.
Remuneration is highly competitive with excellent benefits and an annual bonus based upon the performance of the Associate throughout the year and the company’s performance.
Ideal candidates will have 18 months – 4 years of commercial experience within a professional environment, excellent communication skills, first class written English and a can do attitude.
