Stage 1: Profiling:
Profiling: We will take a detailed job description from you, when possible face-to-face and at your offices.

Stage 2:
The Search: Once we have gained a full understanding of what you are looking for our team of dedicated resoucers will tailor a search directly to your needs and requirements;

Stage 3:
Pre-Interview: We spend a full hour in a one-on-one interview with every candidate we work with.
We believe it’s impossible to really understand a candidates potential or personality in a fifteen person assessment centre. With us they undergo an extensive one-on-one competency and sales based interview, coupled with an in-depth review of their work, education and personal history so that we are able to find the perfect match for your business.
Stage 4:
The Shortlist: We make sure every CV you receive from us will be specific to your requirements rather than bombarding you with unsuitable candidates.
Stage 5:
Running the Process: We will take full responsiblity of ensuring the recruitment process is as smooth as possible.
We will help coordinate your diary to ensure you meet suitable candidate’s at the most convenient time for you and to make sure you get the chance to meet the very best candidates on the market
Stage 6:
Closing: Most importantly we will do everything we can to ensure that you get the candidate you want.
From process management through to the all important close we will work with you closely to make sure that you have every opportunity possible to get the candidate you want.

Post-Placement Care: We don’t just find our candidates a job, we find them a career
We keep in close contact with them throughout their first months on employment so we can act as a go-between to let you know of any issues they want to air during their onboarding with you.
