£20,000 base salary + uncapped OTE

As a headhunter, you will be extremely proactive in how you source and generate candidates, focusing on developing long-term relationships with senior clients and candidates. Conducting targeted searches in order to develop and engage in industry relationships to help you find the best possible candidates in the market.

The successful candidate will work across two brands, one pure executive search and the other high level contingent and so seeing the whole legal market.

Working with some of the most highly regarded names in the Legal headhunting industry you will receive a mixture of classroom based training, mentoring and on the job tuition. A legal background is desired although not a necessity but some interest in the legal market is a must.
