Salary £16-20k based on experience + uncapped commission scheme – typical 1st year earnings £35k

A recruitment consultant requires ambition, tenacity, excellent Communication Skills, a competitive nature, superb relationship building skills, future Leadership potential and Sales Experience is preferable but not essential.
