£20K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission c. £45K yr 1

A position has arisen within one of the City’s top financial headhunting sales houses. The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre, with a strong academic background and at least some sales experience or relevant life experience.

The role will involve selling to and account managing some of the City’s top financial institutions as well as into established foreign markets and emerging markets. Extensive training will be provided but applicants must have a bright and energetic personality with an ability to learn quickly as well as the drive, motivation and ambition achieve highly in a tough sales market.

A competitive graduate basic salary as well as a totally uncapped commission structure mean the successful candidate will be well rewarded for their work in a true meritocracy.
