Salary – £20k with uncapped commission and benefits – 1st year OTE – £40k

Location – The City, London, including placements in their Singapore or Houston offices.

Our client is an industry leading search firm specialising in global energy and natural resources.  They are looking for a hard-working, bright, research-driven graduate. Their extensive training scheme is designed to improve product and market knowledge as well as give you all the tools you need to become a fantastic recruitment consultant. The training will involve a 3 month placement in either the Singapore or Houston offices which will give you the added benefit of exposure to an international market, which will consolidate your training.

This role offers you the opportunity to join an expanding business with big plans and ambitions. You will be immediately exposed to all aspects of the industry. You will be researching, dealing with candidates on top end salaries so you will need a high level of maturity and intelligence. You will be expected to build new networks, work in foreign countries, expand their business and earn significant rewards for doing so.
