Salary – £18k basic plus uncapped commission, expected to achieve £40-50k in Year One and 6 figures by Year Three

IT Recruitment is an incredibly dynamic, fast-paced and demanding career with unrivaled financial and progression opportunities. You will begin your career as a resourcer; this will involve sourcing suitable candidates through cold-calling, database searches and advertising. Once you have successfully fulfilled your targets you will be promoted to a consultant level where you will handle the full recruitment cycle, from developing business contacts, maintaining new and existing client relationships and placing the right candidates into your roles.

You will be given and intensive training programme from top consultants, this will include on the desk and classroom training to ensure you are given the raw skills to become a leading consultant yourself.
