Salary – £18-20k and uncapped commission, with potential earnings of around £30-£40k in your first year

The Role
• Due to the fast paced, demanding nature of the work you will be given a lot of responsibility quickly so you will need to be able to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will show the aptitude for independent work as you will need to be entrepreneurial in finding your own candidates and building your own client base.
• You will start your role there in a resource function, spending the time expanding your knowledge of the market and understanding the recruitment process. Your progression to a consultant role will be dependent on you reaching set targets, but will be assisted by a bespoke training scheme to ensure you have every opportunity to become a successful and lucrative consultant.
