Basic Salary £20-25K + Uncapped commission

A very exciting opportunity within a dynamic and entrepreneurial legal headhunting firm. The company is currently enjoying a sustained period of growth. The legal market is going through massive change at present and this has created a huge influx of work for the firm.

As a headhunter you will be extremely proactive in how you source and generate candidates, focusing on developing long-term relationships with senior clients and candidates. Conducting targeted searches in order to develop and engage in industry relationships to help you find the best possible candidates in the market.

You will be fast tracked to become a consultant as quickly as 3 months with internal, external and extensive hands on training and development with high levels of responsibility in order to develop your skill set and market knowledge. There are real opportunities to take the company forward with plans for top performers to set up satellite offices across Europe, the Far East and Australasia.
