Salary – £25k + commission

The Role

This is a research intensive role aimed to give you a fantastic opportunity to become an expert within the market, ensuring you the upmost chance of success once you become a fully fledged consultant. Your progression to a consultant position will be dependent on you proving your worth and capacity for success

Your research will involve interviewing and profiling prospective candidates to identify the top performers in the industry. You will also create market maps, gather market and product intelligence as well as profiling industry leading companies. You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of your market and create a strong network of market sources that you will go on to use in your consultant role.

You will be;

• A graduate from a leading university
• Knowledgeable of research methods, preferably focused on a consulting, financial services or recruiting.
• Interested in the financial markets would be ideal
• Confident and mature enough to network with senior executives both over the phone and face to face
• You must have an analytical mind, and be a problem solver with strong organisational skills.
• Tenacious, intellectually curious, proactive and be keen to use your initiative
