Basic Salary £20K + Uncapped OTE c. 35K First Year

The role itself is hugely diverse, and from an early stage you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, sourcing the best possible candidates in the market to fulfil their requirements. Furthermore, this is an incredibly dynamic sales role in an energetic and fast paced environment. In addition, you will benefit from rapid career progression, working with like mined colleagues in a lucrative environment
The successful candidate will be put on an intensive bespoke training programme covering all areas of client relationship management, business development, account management and face-to-face sales.
